Conditions & Payment


Before any commitment on your part, know that you can check the reliability of our company. To do this, you can contact Canadian authorities such as Canadian Revenue Agency, Complaints Bureau Canada or Service Ontario and provide them INTERSTUDCanada information and/or its Master Business License# 240440727.

 1)      Course Registration & Confirmation:

By registering for the course or program selected, you accept the terms of the academic institution. INTERSTUDCanada will inform you of the conditions to read it. Your application may be made by completing the registration application form from our website. Upon receipt of your application, INTERSTUDCanada will start the registration process by approaching the academic institution that best meets your needs. If the chosen course or program is not available, INTERSTUDCanada will offer you an alternative. INTERSTUDCanada informs you as soon as your application is accepted. Written confirmation of registration for selected course or program will be sent to you by mail, fax or email after payment of required fees. Note that some institutions require payment first before issuing any registration.

 2)      Booking & Confirmation of the Requested Accommodation:

By asking INTERSTUDCanada to find you private accommodation or residence or a home stay, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions governing the type of accommodation chosen. INTERSTUDCanada will inform you of the conditions. INTERSTUDCanada immediately inform you that housing has been found and will send you full information and pictures to ensure that it responds perfectly to your wish. Where applicable, INTERSTUDCanada will propose you an alternative or temporary housing until INTERSTUDCanada finds the desired accommodation. Finally, confirmation of accommodation booking will be sent to you by mail, fax or email attachment after payment of required fees.

 3)      Change or Cancellation of Course, Accommodation:

Any change of course must be in compliance with deadlines in place to avoid additional charges. Regarding change of accommodation that was booked for you, it will depend on the current availability.

Finally, it is possible to cancel the course or accommodation. However, before any step in this direction, it is strongly recommended to the international student to learn about the penalties.

4)      Flight Booking:

This task is the responsibility of the international student, but if he/she wishes, INTERSTUDCanada may ask our travel partner to search for him/her the ticket the more interesting and process the booking. The flight information and the deadline for payment of the ticket will then be communicated to the student by email or fax. In addition, subscription to travel insurance will be offered to students to cover against cancellation fees if unable to travel.

5)      Package Fee Payment:

At first, a deposit of $535, credited to the final price of the package (Basic, Elite or Summer Languages Camp), is required and allows INTERSTUDCanada to immediately begin processing your application for school registration, accommodation and all service provision attached to this application.
The payment of the deposit may be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Amex …), bank transfer to our bank account in Canada or via money transfer company such as Western Union, MoneyGram, Dahabshiil, Kaah Express, Taaj or Amal Express.

INTERSTUDCanada will then send you an email confirmation of your first payment.

The outstanding balance of the package (Basic, Elite) must be paid as follows:

==> Installment no1: 50% of the balance before sending you the letter of acceptance or registration.

==> Installment no2: 50% of the balance after getting the visa and before your arrival in Canada.

If the purchase of the package is made ​​within twelve (12) weeks prior to your arrival in Canada, the total amount is to be paid when billed.

For maximum flexibility, INTERSTUDCanada services can be purchased as package (Basic, Elite) or as single service. Singles services are either fixed amount or billed per hour. Contact INTERSTUDCanada to know the hourly rate.

If the student opts for the purchase of single services, payment of the total invoice will be made in 2 installments only, that is to say:

a. The deposit of $535 is due before INTERSTUDCanada starts processing the application for registration, accommodation …

b. The remaining balance of the invoice is to be paid before sending the letter of acceptance or registration.

All amounts will be billed in Canadian dollars ($CAD) and paid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Amex …), bank transfer to our bank account in Canada or via Western Union.

The payment of any other cost (academic program, visa…) must be made ​​directly to these entities unless otherwise stated.

In case of non-payment of the deposit or balance of your invoice on time, the contract will be automatically cancelled.

6)      Cancellation & Refund Policy:

A- Termination of the contract

If the contract is terminated by the international student or the project to study in Canada fails for any reason:

a. The student will not receive any refund only if the deposit has been paid to date.

b. The student will receive :

==> a refund of 5% of the amount of installment no1.

==> a refund of 10% of the total amount of installment no1 and installment no2.

As for single service fees, the refund is 0% if the total invoice has already been paid to date.

Note that if INTERSTUDCanada has granted a discount, regardless of which installment, it will be substracted from the amount to be reimbursed. Then, INTERSTUDCanada will pay the net and positive result.

B- Rejection of Canadian visa

If your visa application is rejected, INTERSTUDCanada will reimburse you 5% of the amount paid to date less the deposit amount and less any discount.

Evidence of the Canadian Embassy visa rejection letter must be made available to INTERSTUDCanada.

The non-refundable portion of the amount paid is used to cover administrative expenses of the student’s file as well as fees for services already rendered by INTERSTUDCanada. Finally, note that additional charges for transferring the refund will be deducted from the refundable amount.

7)      Politic of Confidentiality:

When the student communicates his/her personal information INTERSTUDCanada, the student agrees that INTERSTUDCanada utilizes it to satisfy the purposes for which it was collected.

INTERSTUDCanada understands the importance of protecting the privacy and personal data of its students and will take all reasonable precautions to keep the information safe.

INTERSTUDCanada retains collected data during the period of service rendered only. Beyond this period, all this data is systematically destroyed.

INTERSTUDCanada never disclose the personal information of its students to any third party unconnected with the accomplishment of the mission that was originally assigned to it. Only students have the right to access and correct their personal information that INTERSTUDCanada maintains on them.
